Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Kinetic Energy Press guarantees the quality of its products and is committed to total customer satisfaction. Any books received by a purchaser and deemed to be unsatisfactory may be returned, provided the electronic files (if applicable) have not been downloaded, within thirty days of the original purchase for a full refund. Alternatively should a book arrive damaged a complimentary replacement will be sent.
Refunds associated with credit card purchases will be made by reversal of credit card charges via PayPal. Refunds associated with purchases made by check or money order will be issued by company check pending bank clearance of the method of payment.
Kinetic Energy Press cooperates fully with the requirements of the credit card processing agency (NOVA Network) in all aspects of payment processing, including investigation and resolution of disputed charges.
